Lead Time to Process Your Order:
We will not begin processing your order until full payment reflects in our bank account. Over the national lockdown period we will be processing all orders and sending them out within 5-7 working days after the lockdown. This is from date of payment reflecting in our account. This is subject to changes during our busier periods. The customer will be notified of such changes / delays. Once your order has been sent out from our office, please allow another 1 – 4 working days for delivery.
Orders are manufactured and sent out STRICTLY on a first come first serve basis!
All paid for deliveries are made via courier. This takes between 1 to 4 working days from date of dispatch to be delivered to your door (depending on whether you are in an outlying area or not). We do not offer delivery via the South African Post Office any more, this is due to the bad service that they give us and our customers. Should you still wish to send your order via the Post Office, please contact us directly. However, we will not be held liable for orders sent via the Post Office and any orders that are lost and need to be re-printed will be at your own cost.
• Local – +/- R 70.00
• Main Centres – +/- R 95.00
• Outlying Areas – FROM +/- R 113.00 – R 183.00 (this is dependent on which area you are in). Your charge will be worked out on checkout when you enter your physical address
• Orders with a subtotal over R 800.00 – FREE SHIPPING (orders going to outlying areas OR orders with more than three towels may be sent via Post Net – you will be contacted in this case)!!
ACCURATE COURIER CHARGES ARE WORKED OUT ON CHECKOUT BASED ON YOUR PHYSICAL ADDRESS. WE CHARGE THE EXACT FEE THAT OUR COURIER COMPANY CHARGES US TO DELIVER TO YOU. NO PROFIT IS MADE ON COURIER CHARGES
