We will not begin processing your order until full payment is reflected in our bank account. We will be processing all orders and sending them out within 10-15 working days. This is from the date of payment reflected in our account. This is subject to changes during our busier periods. The customer will be notified of such changes/delays. Once your order has been sent out from our office, please allow another 5 – 10 working days for delivery.
Orders are manufactured and sent out STRICTLY on a first-come, first-serve basis!
All paid-for deliveries are made via courier. This takes between 1 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch to be delivered to your door (depending on whether you are in an outlying area or not). We do not offer delivery via the South African Post Office any more, this is due to the bad service that they give us and our customers. Should you still wish to send your order via the Post Office, please contact us directly. However, we will not be held liable for orders sent via the Post Office, and any orders that are lost and need to be re-printed will be at your own cost.

- Outlying Areas – (The amount is dependent on the area you are in). Your charge will be worked out on checkout.

Every effort will be made to send your orders out via courier; however, in some cases, you may be contacted and advised that we must send your order to your nearest Post Net store. This will apply if you are in an outlying area or if you order more than three towels.
